Man I need some discipline.
I’ve been working at this IHOP job for so long now, I just feel like I’m going crazy. Doesn’t help that it’s ruining my biological clock. Can barely wake up for school. Maybe i’ll adjust at some point. Working graveyard shift is a hell of a trip.
I need discipline to write. Sometimes at work I scribble stuff on the back of receipts, story ideas and dialogue. They’re about as engaging as the very receipts I’m writing on. Ugh.
Good news is, I managed to snag a copy of the Marathon Trilogy Box Set for $69. Hell of a deal IMO. Only times I’ve ever seen it on sale, the price would be $300+. It should be here on the 11th. Unboxing video?
We’ll see.

Work and school are so hard to juggle sometimes. (Sleep? What's that???) Still, it's a good thing you still feel inspired to write. Even if it is little scribbles on scraps of paper. Keep them! They'll keep you motivated to write more.

The real hardship is when you hit that funk when you don't even want to write little snippets anymore. Or the words just don't come to you even when you have a perfect image of the story in your head. Use those scraps you kept for those moments. They really do help you out! ^_^
